Take the opportunity and participate in a free NPC workshop. Held by the NPC judges @alex_krunic_ifbbprojudge @coach_rasputin_ifbbprojudge who has years of experience in the business and as judges. They will talk about NPC rules and posing, sharing their best tips when it comes to overall stage presence and nailing your poses together with coach @pia.jansson_ .
Whether you have stage experience since before, or if you are completely new to NPC shows, this is a perfect opportunity to go through the rules and poses for the NPC stage, getting valuable feedback in what you can improve.
You will get a solid foundation for what applies in assessment and what to think about in your posing, for as accurate and good stage performance as possible!
